I hate to type this, but I'll address the 2nd and 3rd points...
Stock holders would probably want this swept under the rug to protect their investments. As for "not validating their thruthfulness," FNC doesn't really have to - They have an entertainment license, they're on cable vs. public airwaves and due to court case(s), unfortunately, they have the right to lie. Yes, they need to be held accountable and if their shareholders won't do it, the other people who hold their purse strings (their sponsors) should.

Ah yes, Faux News, fairly honest.

1) The Brits Parliamentary questioning needs to follow up on the discrepancy between Ms Brooke's testimony of every other day phone calls from R Murdoch and his every month or so.

2) We need an exhaustive list of cover up payments and then questions about the "lack" of curiosity of what was causing these payments. There should be a stock holder's law suit against managements incompetent lack of oversight to recover the "hush money" settlements.

3) The same thing should be done in the US on A Breitbart's and J O'Keefe's slanderous and libelous video tapes shown endlessly on Faux News. There is a Enron precedent of "Willful Neglect"? that could apply to their (News Corps) management for not validating their truthfulness.

[...] Fox News Shows Just Just How far They Will Go – Fox & Friends hosts Brian Kilmeade and Steve Doocy were gabbing away with Bush-era Press Secretary Dana Perino about how wrong they think it is that the Obama administration is finally standing up against the numerous falsehoods and manipulations aired by Fox News.
