Hi. Your address above for Adobe doesnt work. It says BMW, and it leads nowhere. Thanks for your work. I am finding it hard to contact Adobe.

  2. FoxNewsBoycott on May 7th, 2009 at 11:51 am

Christopher, Thank you for bringing that to my attention. I’ve taken care of it.

  3. Synchronicity on May 10th, 2009 at 2:19 pm

Thanks for putting this together. I am very interested in disseminating information about FOX News because it is clear that many people just don’t realize what is really going on when it comes to Fox News. Once it is pointed out to them and they have a choice… then that is something else. But the reality is that many people don’t know that Fox is not NEWS and is not ‘fair and balanced’… and some make a different choice when they realize what is really going on.

  4. FoxNewsBoycott on May 10th, 2009 at 3:38 pm

Unfortunately, many of the people who watch Fox News don’t care about “fair and balanced,” so the personalities like O’Reilly, Hannity & Beck just cater to them and feed them the BS they want to hear. You can’t change their minds. But there are many people who don’t follow Fox News religiously, but believe the misinformation when its on in their dentist’s office, a in a restaurant, or they’re sent a link from a friend – those are the people that need to be reached.

  5. Sharrie on June 1st, 2009 at 3:51 pm

Thanks for doing the research for us. I would like to see a ‘pick of the month’ because I think a single target has a greater impact. Lowe’s for example is nation wide and this is gardening month in most places. For those who don’t think hate mongering media has an impact I suggest reading An Extraordinary Life by Paul Rusesabagina (Hotel Rwanda manager). A quick look at Rwanda will show how the media worked to generate a genocide. I have written Fox about their irresponsible ’story telling’, it can’t be called journalism.

  6. FoxNewsBoycott on June 1st, 2009 at 4:08 pm

Sharrie, Perhaps you overlooked it, but today I started the Boycott of the Month (BOTM), which can be found on the left side of the front page. I’ve selected five companies from a random viewing of the Fox News Channel and/or a Fox News web site.

You can view the companies selected for June here:

  7. Robbie on June 3rd, 2009 at 6:18 am

Do you have a way for me to get an automatic email monthly so I can do the boycotts? I don’t want to miss any months! Thank You!

  8. FoxNewsBoycott on June 3rd, 2009 at 6:36 am

Robbie, You can subscribe to the RSS feed and get updates of all posts by filling in your email in the form on the right side bar. Unfortunately, I don’t have a BOTM mailing list set up, but that is something I’ll consider…

  9. Virginia on June 7th, 2009 at 4:51 pm

    Hey everyone,
I’m wondering if we couldn’t get further with this if we joined forces and filed some sort of complaint with the Federal Broadcast regulatory agency demanding that FOX take the word “NEWS” off their broadcasts title. Since they are not really a news channel and only “entertainment” this is false advertising and misleads the viewer. I just think the sponsor list is soooo huge that it might be better to try going after them from another angle. What if they had to change their name to Fox “Opinion” or Fox “Entertainment”? Wouldn’t that be a sweet victory.

  10. Deema on June 10th, 2009 at 9:41 pm

I thought it would be helpful to post the list by category, so if you’re looking for office supplies, for instance, you can quickly see who is NOT a sponsor (e.g., Staples) – and use the list above to notify sponsors of your choice to shop elsewhere.

I hope I got the categories right for all of them. Interesting how many car and health and travel companies there are.

  12. Julie Van on June 13th, 2009 at 9:09 pm

I notice that a lot of these companies seem to cater to “older” viewers .. Aricept and other drug products — and to those who aren’t exactly environmentally friendly .. Hummer and the like. But Napster? cell phone companies? Those seem like folks who need younger folks’ dollars as well. I think some letters written to those type companies would have quicker impact.

  13. Daniel on June 14th, 2009 at 5:38 am

Thank you for the links to all the companies that are American and like to do business with such a great news organization. I have e-mailed all of them complimenting them on their support of Fox News to revive America from its socialist ways!

  14. FoxNewsBoycott on June 16th, 2009 at 10:29 am

And, hopefully, when they see that a fan of Fox News appreciates them helping “to revive America from its socialist ways,” they’ll reach a more stable and valuable demographic by spending their advertising budgets elsewhere.

Ree, Could you explain what would constitute an iPod-friendly list? Would a PDF suffice? I’ve received numerous requests for various formats of the list and it would be impossible for me to provide so many, and keep them up-to-date.

As for the form letters, there is one available here:

I’ve thought about the automatic submissions, but it’s not plausible. I couldn’t possibly afford postage necessary to send so many letters via USPS, and I wouldn’t want to be accused of being a spammer by having automated email forms.

If anyone has suggestions on how to fulfill any of the above requests, please contact me here:

Even if you don’t buy their products, at least let them know that they are funding an organization you don’t support. Send an e-mail, post a message. Networks respond to pressure. Let’s exert some.
The ‘moral majority’ uses a few dozen motivated people to dictate what is on our airwaves, and the direction of our society. Fox is a business first, and will respond as such. Toss them a note an let them know their support of such a polemic radical manipulative media source will not be tolerated or receive your support.

My Sister-in-laws 85 year old Mother-in-law lives with them and she is an avid watcher of Fox News. This poor woman has been brainwashed by the spin, distortion and outright lies broadcast by Fox. Because of all of the fear that they broadcast about the things that Pres. Obama is supposedly going to do to this country, she has resorted to eating nothing more than beans, rice, and vegetables. She refuses to allow any meat to be brought into the house, because “Obama is going to make so hard for use to survive”. She has even been known to give all of the meat in the freezer away. Her health is deteriorating because of her poor diet. I wish that there was a way to put a stop to Fox News. They have tried to block the channel,, but she gets another one of her sons to come over and unblock it.

  29. susan on July 30th, 2009 at 10:12 am

I have placed all fox owned channels on parental lockout on my cable tv, my husband and I are concerned about the effect the continious level of hate speech our children were exposed to. We work hard to instill the values of respect ,tolerance, and common courtesy towards others, In my opinion fox does the opposite. I have also called the corperations of the products my family and I use to express my concerns. ItIt is sad to see a corperation such as fox use the airwaves to attempt to divide and denegrade our nation.

    Hi,
We just called LLBean. The person who answered the phone asked supervisors etc and said that LLBean does not advertise on FoX on a regular basis but they might at christmas time. we are big spenders at LLBeAN and told her that we were very disappointed that they chose to advertise at all on fox. We also told our State Farm agent that we were switching to another company unless State farm stopped advertising on Fox.

  34. Gamom on August 8th, 2009 at 2:45 pm

I just sent today a letter to American Express asking them to cancel my account in view of their support of Fox news. I basically used your template. Thanks again.

  35. John on August 11th, 2009 at 2:53 pm

The young lady I sopke to on the phone today at Radio Shack seemed very receptive and said they had had a number of calls and that the company had taken notice of them. I also told them in an email that I was planning to drop by the local store to tell the manager that I would not shop there until I heard that they had removed advertising from FN. This might be good technique.

  36. Lynne on August 11th, 2009 at 10:45 pm

Great site! I sent a letter to Apple saying my jaw dropped when I saw that they advertise on Fox. I will grab your RSS feed and do my best to write as many e-letters as I can.

Thank you for your excellent work.

  37. Arnold Bleicher on August 13th, 2009 at 2:12 pm

Is there a distinction made between Fox network and Fox news? While I think Fox network, in general is disgusting and that Rupport may be close to being the Antichrist, I would not be too dismayed if Apple were advertising on The Simpsons program period but would be horrified to know that they advertise on Fox News.

Also, other sites have updates that show many of the companies listed above (Campbell soup for example) as now having ceased their advertising with Fox News. Is your site up to date?

I appreciate your efforts and support them with regards to Fox news.

Thank you!!! I now have a way to fight these liars!!! However, I know most of these hosts do more damage on their radio shows. I’ve decided to boycott any sponsors who advertise for any hate spewer on the radio and any radio station that airs this garbage, in addition to Fixed News. It kinda pains me as many of these advertisers are local businesses, but as long as the advertising money keeps coming in, they will keep the lies on the air. Is there any organized way to boycott these hosts’ radio sponsors too?
Again, thanks and keep up the good fight!

  42. Hallosaurs on August 17th, 2009 at 3:34 pm

just a quick suggestion for a letter, in case you need a hand :)

    Dear Sir or Madam,

I am a fan of your products/ company, but I am also a politically aware individual. Foxnews is a threat to fair news reporting and endangers civil peace and seeds hatred even internationally with forged and false information. This channel is going too far and has been for a while – many people are tiered of it. Many of us realized that there is no other way than withdrawing support from whatever feeds the propaganda-beast Murdoch has raised. Hence, we are withdrawing support from Foxnews’ supporters.

I have read that you do support foxnews, which I hope is not the case. However, if you do support foxnews, I would kindly ask you to confirm this to me. In that case I will restrain from using or buying any of your products until I see confirmation that you stopped your support of foxnews.

No response will naturally be taken as admittance of your support. I will mention your reaction with your name and contact info in an upcoming blog.

  43. carol collins on August 23rd, 2009 at 11:51 pm

I have just started writing companies on your list tonight. I have hit my limit with Fox News and will work at boycotting or anything else I need to do until these people are off the air. Please help me to remain current on anything I can do.

    Carol Collins

  44. STEVE ANDERSON on August 24th, 2009 at 7:27 am

    Hi Steve,

    Thank you for visiting http://www.kraft.com/.

Thank you for sharing your comments with us.

We have a longstanding policy not to advertise on programs with extreme or inflammatory content on any network.

In recent years, there has been a proliferation of shows with extreme content, including on the political front. These shows often are controversial and do not align with our company or brand values. We do not want to become associated with controversy simply because of the placement of a 30-second spot. That’s why we have made the decision to stop advertising on the more politically extreme programs, including The Glenn Beck Show, on all networks.

If you haven’t done so already, please add our site to your favorites and visit us again soon!

    I e-mailed L. L. Bean and got the following:

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns about our advertising practices. L.L.Bean does very limited television advertising, and in fact has not placed any ads on any station since October of last year.

If you are aware of any L.L.Bean ads currently running please let us know, as we would welcome the opportunity to investigate.

As requested, we have removed your name from our mailing list. It may take a short time for your mailings to cease as our catalog printers work well in advance. Thank you in advance for your patience.

Again, thank you for taking the time to contact us.

  49. Hugh on August 28th, 2009 at 3:26 pm

Thanks so much for this, but don’t you think we have to remind everyone to boycott 20th Century Fox and the FOX Channel? Aren’t they all the same company? I love “Family Guy” and various 20th Century Fox movies, but don’t we need to send a message to them that we’re boycotting them as well? It amazes me that progressives like Matt Groening of The Simpsons helped to fund the rise of FOX “News.” Or am I off base?

  50. Yoga online on September 6th, 2009 at 1:16 pm

It’s a great list Spencer. I also think her response is a contradiction. Thank you.

  51. ZaCloud on September 7th, 2009 at 12:03 pm

This list very badly needs updated; a LOT of companies on here have pulled their advertising. We need to show them respect and no longer harass them since they openly spoke to the press about their withdrawal. Plus it wastes our time and effort to end up choosing companies that actually are no longer part of this, and missing chances against those still sponsoring.

Please webmaster, go through the articles citing companies that have complied, and remove them from this list so they can feel good about their decision, and so we are not boycotting the innocent. Thank you.

  52. FoxNewsBoycott on September 7th, 2009 at 9:11 pm

ZaCloud, You must be referring to Glenn Beck sponsors. Most of those sponsors are still with Fox News Channel. Those that have left FNC completely have been removed from the list. I won’t remove any just because they pull ads off one show, even if it may be the most offensive, but they noted as they leave.

  53. Ronin7752 on September 24th, 2009 at 10:30 pm

    Hi!

Deema did do a great job of organizing and listing FAUX sponsors. However, that’s from June 10, and some of those companies listed may no longer be advertising on Beck/Fox.

It would really be great to see a central, comprehensive list that shows…

    1.) ALL sponsors on FAUX.

2.) Which sponsors advertise on non-radical news channels also (equal advertisers.)

3.) Which companies advertise on particularly heinous programs like Beck, Limbaugh, and Hannity

4.) how many minutes they advertise on these programs.

I know that’s a tall order… Don’t expect you can do it all — just contributing my priorities for your consideration.

    Keep up the great work!

    Thanks!

I’m a newbie to this site and i’m glad i found it! I was shocked to find out that places where i shop like Lowes & Best Buy are Fox News sponsors! So i sent off the below email via your links (and a similar one to Best Buy!) Thanks for putting this stuff out there.. Sorry to see them off my favorite places to shop list…

I didn’t know Best Buy was a sponsor on Fox News…. I am upset since i shop at a Best Buy here in New Jersey! I’ve bot laptops, gps and lots of small stuff there before! Since that’s the case, I’ll be taking my business to another company that does not support modern propaganda.

Sean Hannity, Bill O’Reilly, Fox & Friends, Glen Beck?? no way.

Simply put, I don’t want my money supporting Fox News or any affiliate of World News Corp.

I am a realtor & many of my customers in the area are more main stream. I’m sure they’ll be surprised to find out also.

I gave up my all time favorite thing cause they play more than half the season on FOX TV. Not buying stuff from companies still dealing with FOX, well thats going to be real easy. Many of the companies on this list I buy stuff or am in thier stores every week. Maybe hardest one is Lowe’s, I’m in there 2 or 3 times a week. I also will be going shopping with the wife for the next couple of weeks to make sure none of these sponsors foods end up on our table. Thanks for the list. I will be checking back.

Thanks for putting up all of this information – it would seem that a lot of these sponsors have left already – or at least from the more radical shows on FNC

  61. Wayne Reinsmith on February 23rd, 2010 at 5:34 pm

I want to thank you for providing a valuable service. I plan to use your list to contact these advertisers to let them know that my family will not be buying their products and services as long as they sponsor advertising on Fox News. My basic message is that I believe they could reach the same customers without taking sides in matters that have nothing to do with their businesses. If that’s how they choose to spend their money, that’s their prerogative, but it would be foolish for us to contribute to such causes by giving our money to them.

  62. jodie smith on February 25th, 2010 at 9:19 am

i was approached by an advertising vendor to buy advertising space on a locat tv station which was run by fox news. iwas very tempted to go a head and buy this but after reading some of the bad press that was available against these guys I just new i would not spend any money with them. thanks again and keep up the good service

After the “interview” with the President, I am starting to call sponsors!
The only merit it had was to show our kids the ultimate rude and inappropriate behavior and an in our face how NOT to act.

This list needs to be updated. Apple has pulled ALL advertising from Fox News Channel.

Please get this up to date so that we aren’t emailing unnecessarily and wasting everybody’s precious time.

  68. FoxNewsBoycott on March 30th, 2010 at 9:13 am

Apple has been removed. More updates coming soon, I hope…

  69. Scott on April 9th, 2010 at 8:29 am

I really appreciate this list though it is going to be extremely difficult to totally boycott all of the, especially P&G but I’ll do my best.

I was just wondering how often you check back with these companies and update your list, or if you have a mailing list we can join to get updates as they occur?

  70. RobbieJ1982 on April 11th, 2010 at 10:05 am

I challenge any of you anti fox people to independently look up and verify anything that fox presents.

  71. FoxNewsBoycott on April 13th, 2010 at 9:55 am

Scott, Thank you for the support. Unfortunately, the list is not 100% up-to-date, w/out a full time staff. It’s becoming more difficult to do so as sponsors leave Beck and the network. Hopefully, I can get a handle on it soon. As for updates via email, there is only the site-wide feed subscription at this time.

RobbieJ, Many of the falsehoods posted on FNB have been confirmed to be untrue by using various sources with transcripts, video, etc. Have you independently verified everything on Fox News to be true? No? Didn’t think so…

  72. jeff clifton on April 15th, 2010 at 9:34 am

I am happy that FOX News is there for us. How else would we know the “other side” of the political situation. You certainly would not hear it on the Network News broadcasts. Perhaps they are not as ‘fair & balanced’ as they claim, but at least it gives the viewer a choice. I feel that most of the information they present is accurate and when I get tired of the rant & rave of Hanity, I just change the channel to CNN, HLN or CNBC.

  73. FoxNewsBoycott on April 15th, 2010 at 10:08 am

Jeff, It looks like you have an open mind and it’s always good to get different viewpoints on any issue; however, a real news organization should not aim to be the “other side” – that’s exactly what FNC has claimed to be. Actually, Bill Shine, VP of Programming said that Fox News is the “voice of the opposition” to the Obama administration. Not just other media outlets, who do report negatively about the Obama administration, but the Obama administration itself. That’s not ethical journalism. A real news outlet should be free of bias. Any bias.

  74. Jockey Wheels on June 10th, 2010 at 4:31 pm

As an outsider I find it amazing that such a great country as the USA can have such scurillous and sloppy media outlet as Fox. Murdoch owns some pretty lame newspapers around the world and his TV stations aren’t noted for their quality output but Fox surely takes the biscuit. It’s heartening to see people prepared to do something about it and boycott the money that drives it.

  75. Dave on June 29th, 2010 at 7:59 pm

Do you guys also boycott FOX as well and not watch the Simpsons? I personally used to really like Glenn Beck before he got all famous in the last year or so. He’s just become so ridiculous. I always hated O’Reilly though.

  76. John on July 23rd, 2010 at 10:03 pm

How about Florida runned by a bunch of ULTRA right fanatics that suppoer a embargo on Cuba. Fox news is great supporters of a dead issue.

  77. Rose on July 28th, 2010 at 9:34 am

Thank you for this information. Everybody must be aware of what is happening on FNC. Keep on posting. I find it really helpful.

  78. Pam on July 29th, 2010 at 10:16 pm

I want to thank Deema for categorizing the sponsors. I actually found your site while looking for a sponsor I had seen on Fox that I wanted to purchase something from. Thank you for the help! Good work.

  82. Starpopper on August 20th, 2010 at 11:29 am

Thank you for your time & efforts on our behalf…I’ll gladly become a donor since you’ve saved me the hassle of doing this myself! Here’s a copy of a version of a letter that I’m sending to all companies that I currently do business with or thought of engaging in the future.
    *****************************
    To whom it may concern;

I’m a real estate developer & contractor in the mid-Atlantic region; however, I recently learned to my surprise that Lowes is a sponsor of Fox News’ Propaganda Network and I refuse to continue doing business with any sponsors of that network. I’ll take my business elsewhere by the end of the year unless I see your firm removed from Fox’s list of sponsors maintained at: http://foxnewsboycott.com/fox-news-sponsors/. Home Depot here I come!

I’ve become so incensed at their consistent spreading of outright lies and propaganda that I thought of starting an advertisers boycott myself until I learned that many already exist. I don’t think I’ll waste your time with the details of my extensive reasoning and experiences, like their repeated claim that our President is a foreign born muslim, so I’ll just leave you with a few quotes that best describes the practices & goals of Fox News and their mouthpieces:

“By means of shrewd lies, unremittingly repeated, it is possible to make people believe that heaven is hell and hell heaven. The greater the lie, the more readily it will be believed.”

“The victor will never be asked if he told the truth.”

“…use emotion for the many & reserve reason for the few.”

“What luck for the rulers that men do not think.”

“The broad masses of a population are more amenable to the appeal of rhetoric than to any other force.”

“The great masses of the people…will more easily fall victims to a big lie than to a small one.”

All are quotes from ADOLF HITLER who would absolutely love Fox! DO YOU REALLY WANT TO SPONSOR A NETWORK THAT OPERATES LIKE THIS?!?!

    Sincerely,

    ****

  83. JulieG on August 29th, 2010 at 8:25 am

FINALLY, democrats are getting active. FYI to everyone. Boycotts DO WORK. Hate to do away with Lowe’s! Good people there, but oh well. Can someone tell me where to shop for house materials? Home DEPO? They support Israel’s apartheid in Paalestine! So what should I do?
24Hr fitness gets my money now, but I will remove them anyway. Complaining en mass to the FCC re: “news” channels asking that they remove the word news from their titles may also be a good idea.
So 500,000 got riled up to wear red white and blue last weekend. How many are WE! a bit more than that amount, so lets boycott!!!.

  84. Gail on August 29th, 2010 at 8:45 am

This list of advertisers is most distressing; it says to me how inflitrated our society is to the media, so called news and our very livelhoods. I support what you say, but it is scary—Chevy is my families very livelhood. With all that has gone on with the GM in the past year or so, they can barely stand another hit. I hope they take notice of how this could impact their business. I will write them for sure—but it is sort of hard to boycott a company when one works for them and one pays one’s bills and mortgage from the pay check we get from selling Chevies.

  85. Julie Fleiser on August 29th, 2010 at 10:18 am

This may take awhile, but I’m also contacting each sponsor personally. I was please to see that Honda is not a sponsor. I’d hate to have to sell my beloved car! They are no better than “The Jerry Springer Show”, and they do a lot more damage. I urge everyone to take the time to contact at least some of the sponsors and tell them what you think in your own words.

To Samurai Cowbo #28 – At her age that is dementia and she needs to be seen by her primary care doctor or by a neurologist or psychiatrist. Also, in many communities there are senior centers that have longh or dinner for people at age for a price of $2.00. Perhaps she can participate in dinners at the senior centers and eat with the other people in a social setting and that could allay her fears. Perhaps she is alone too much of the time. She heeds a peer group to be brought back to normal eating habits.

  89. Gerald Lyons on August 30th, 2010 at 6:42 am

    To Whom It May Concern:

I used to believe that my family, although politically diverse, used logic to make decisions on political issues. Lately, many of us avoid some of the family who, by receiving erroneous information steeped in fear and hatred from the Fox network, have become hateful, prejudiced and misinformed. I am starting to hear inappropriate racial and religious comments which are backed by misinformation they have heard on the Fox channels.
I did not vote for President Obama but he is the president of my country. I am 100% American and would give my life for my nation, which I know is presently in a very bad state. I support his efforts to get our country back on track and, although I know he is not perfect, have no fear that President Obama is anti-American or that he is not even an American citizen.
Please refrain from your support of these hate mongers via advertisement on Fox channels. The only way they can continue to attempt to destroy our moderate, democratic nation is through financial support by companies like yours. I implore you to stop supporting them immediately.

    Thank you for your time.

I’m not buying another 727 from Boeing again! But seriously, just pick a few and ask people to concentrate on those. Pick reasonably. Sure, I don’t mind relaying to AARP my disappointment, but I’m not dropping my membership and my car insurance. And you have pretty much every telecommunications company besides Verizon–which ranks #1 in customer complaints. Let’s trade in the shotguns for a more targeted apporach. Pick Walmart or Target, but not both. Last time I did a boycott was when there was some nasty ad against Gore in 2000. I wrote to Arbey’s and said I would never buy from them again. I went 10 years before I ate another Arbey’s sandwich–and several times prevented my friends/family from eating there given my commitment.

  91. Susan on August 30th, 2010 at 10:02 am

I am contacting the companies individually. When I call in person it is very interesting to talk to customer service. Many seem suprised to be getting such a call. It is probably much more affective than just signing a form letter, though I am doing that too. I am shocked at how many companies that I know advertixe with FOX News!

  92. Quixote on August 31st, 2010 at 6:38 am

Deema’s list plus the email addresses listed by you are great. THANKS! We all have choices, and I (for one) just chose an alternate for lipitor, and (sadly) chose VW over American cars. I emailed all about my choices. PLEASE do the same: tell them why they are losers.

  93. Susan on August 31st, 2010 at 1:30 pm

I am so overwhelmed by the thoughtful, reasonable and intelligent comments I’ve read here. While withholding my miniscule spending won’t leave even a tiny chink in anyone’s bottom line, at least I’ll feel better about myself when I spend my pennies elsewhere. I’ve been boycotting WalMart for years because of its business practices, so adding others to the list won’t bother me a bit!

I have a dear friend who hated politics and never voted in his life until two years ago, when he cast his first vote ever for President Barack Obama. Then he was laid off from his job. He started spending hour after hour in front of the TV watching fox “news” & its related programming, and now he is so convinced of the authenticity & truthfulness of the station’s propaganda that he even took a Beck-sponsored bus to Beck’s DC rally!!!

I’m absolutely heartbroken and scared to death that he, along with so many others, can be so easily misled. And I feel sad and helpless that with the elections drawing closer, FNC is on its way to getting everything it wants. I wish I knew what I could do. But the minute I open my mouth, he says I’m trying to pick a fight. Besides, he says, Beck, Hannity and the rest must be incredibly intelligent & knowledgable or they wouldn’t have their own shows! It’s so easy for him to believe those idiots because they give him someone to blame for his current situation. How can I get him to see the truth behind FNC?

Boycotting is a great Tier 2 tool. However, with the elections looming, it’s critical that we act quickly with an eye toward Tier 1, and find a way to prove to all those “believers” out there how incredibly dangerous and destructive the fox rhetoric truly is. Any suggestions?

I’d sure love to feel some hope again.

Deema’s list of June 10th missed Best Buy. Guess you can’t buy a car anymore. I don’t think there is a single company not on Fox.

  96. Mac Mahler on September 1st, 2010 at 4:34 pm

    Thanks to Starpopper!
Those quotes really sum it up and are a great tool.

  97. Michael Johnson on September 1st, 2010 at 7:05 pm

I would like to see you put together a compact list of Fox sponsors that I could put in my car (or even my pocket), so that I could consult it when shopping. If not too expensive, I would even send it to my friends.

  98. Marty Ryszka on September 2nd, 2010 at 12:48 pm

Gail #84, it’s all good. The specific of the boycott is that these companies buy ad time on FOX. Not that they advertise their products. There are a few programs I watch on FOX so I get to see whose ads are running when they do their ‘news’ promos. When the companies start pulling their sponsorship FOX will get the ‘real’ fair and balanced news.
    Great quotes Starpopper, thanks!!
Julie G. #83 not sure where you live but a real low tech source is your local Yellow Pages for hardware stores; many of which carry lumber, glass, piping, etc. Everything a Home Depot and Lowe’s carry just not in as huge quantities.

  99. psychdoc on September 2nd, 2010 at 2:20 pm

We need an app for the list of advertisers that is dynamic in order to be most effective, in addition to selecting a few to focus on monthly. That is, if it’s feasible. It would be nice if there were an IT person or a company in the audience who would volunteer. There are too many to keep up with and we need to be able thank those companies who have actually pulled their advertising dollars as a previous poster indicated. Otherwise, we look like a$$es.
