Remember the story we brought you about the cyclist, Brian Dooda, in New York City who was hit by a road raged Fox News writer, and then dragged for 200 yards?
The driver of the Fox News SUV, Don Broderick, was arrested on June 12 by the NYPD for fleeing the scene of the accident that involved an injury. The charge is a misdemeanor that may be punishable with up to one year in jail. Broderick was not jailed, but received a desk appearance ticket, so he’s free until his arraignment.
