We hear mostly from people who can afford good health insurance. I wish these people had to struggle for a few years and really need a doctor and not be able to see one. Why do people like Glen Beck and the Hannity guy hate our president do much? I believe it is because he is an African American. BUT he is, aftner all, half white, too.

Beck went too much with this vile hatred for this wonderful president. There is no intellectual dissent against Obama instead they go around doing these violent demonstration at this worthless health care rally was too much.

America needs health care and these right-wing talking heads who earn MILLIONS of dollars are heads of these protesters instead of the protesters detesting the heads of this country.

They spit outright LIES about the health care bill which causes paranoia, confusion and hatred. I think beck has got to GO.

thinkingabovemypaygrade, Beck is not just accused of saying these wild claims, he actually said them. There’s no need to call it an accusation, as if there’s a chance someone made it up… Beck said this and the onus is on him to prove it, but Obama has people of all races in his administration, his father is black and his mother is white, he was raised by his white grandmother and I doubt you can find anything that objectively proves that he is racist. But, this is far from the only ethically questionable thing Beck has done. There are plenty of examples with video, transcripts and quotes on this site. As for Beck being a racist, himself, well that was not actually said here, but many people believe that to be true. Regardless, he has shown a race-based concern and what he does is considered race baiting. It all comes back to the fact that Fox News purports itself as being a “fair and balanced” source of news. Unfortunately, people believe the inaccurate and inflammatory things Beck says, opinion, or not.

This is a SCARY sign for any major dissenters. What is Beck accused of saying?

He said wordsto the effect that President Barack Obama is a “racist” and has a “deep-seated hatred for white people.”

So this is a strong opinion. It is NOT racist. Perhaps wrong, inaccurate if Beck cannot support this opinion—or if others can show Beck to be wrong….

Why not Rational Dialogue by someone citing examples to show why Beck’s opinion is wrong?

\Instead—we have strongarm tactics against advertisers afraid of the BAD publicity that could come from an inactive leader of the main boycott group—who now works at the White House….

And oh yes—-Beck was mouthing off about some language in the Cash for Clunkers program.

People should be really asking every advetiser…why they are advertising their products on a blatant hate channel.

The public needs to condem these propaganda channels.

I hope that there is more a advertisers that will see the light.
Fox News -> the propaganda channel. I thing that Glenn Beck future aspiration is to be a Propaganda Minister.
I thing another action against Fox News should be directed to provides of this “News” channel: Cable and satellite providers. I have for many years DishNet Basic service and in this years they give me for free Fox News – I do not ask for that and do not wanna see that channel. We should demand from cable/satellite providers to remove that channel from service package if they like to keep you to be customer of there service.

It was a nice gesture, but since the ads in question will still air in different time slots on Fox News, and the network will still make money, it will have no practical effect on their behavior.

I know I am little late to jump in, but Glen Beck is just too much. The latest violence at the health care rally in FL is just too much! I have stopped watching Fox News altogether, and from now on will boycott its sponsors. Great site! Keep up the good work!
